How it works
Using your mobile camera, smart technology identifies the public stock of any company logo. Simply take a photo and the app will source the stock. Explore the world around you and engage with your favorite brands by discovering new investment opportunities. Build your knowledge on investing by taking part. Own shares in the companies and brands you choose. You are in control.
Who is it for?
Dabbl is aimed at young professionals aged 18-25, who are new to the world of finance. Dabbl is a unique way for young investors to identify investment opportunities by searching for the brands that they engage with on a daily basis.
My contribution
Shortly after graduating from university, I was hired as the visual designer at Dabbl. I worked closely with the CEO, Head of UX , Head of Product, and the CMO, ensuring that all company visual assets were developed to the highest standards.
Website
Working with the Head of User Experience at Dabbl I helped co-ordinate workshops, aligning the vision of the CEO, COO and CTO, which enabled the team to align their vision for the new company website.
I ensured that wireframes were produced and organised alongside content structure, branding, and graphics.
UI
During my role, I was continuously tasked with optimising the mobile app UI and user flows.
For example, in a task provided to me by the CEO, I explored ways to optimise the ‘Company card’ screens. I conducted competitor research and investigated contemporary usability standards for share purchasing screens.
Brand identity
The company required more funding and I continuously provided the CEO with design / product concepts. One example is the Dabbl debit card.
Examples of other design solutions include presentation decks used by the CEO to gain private investment, and bond brochures deployed in the Netherlands.
More of my work at Dabbl
Whilst working for Dabbl I was responsible for a variety of projects which included app development, advertisements (digital and print), flyers, app store imagery, social media branding, and much more.
